SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Customers have the option of placing an order online and prepaying for shipping or notifying Center-Line Machining of their shipping preference by providing an account number and the shipping company that is preferred.
We also hand deliver to areas in Northeast Ohio at no additional charge.
Customers are also welcome to pick up orders once an order has been properly processed and a notification has been sent with instructions on pick up times available.
Cancellation & Returns
No product will be returned for Credit or replacement with out proper written authorization from Center-Line Machining. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Non-stock items may not be returned for credit. All returns will be at the customer expense and will be freight prepaid.
Purchase order is required for for Net 30 days with approved credit. Past due accounts will be charged 1 1/2% per month.
